Powder Tanker

This bulk cement tanker semi-trailer is built with 5mm high-strength wear-resistant steel, specially engineered to withstand harsh road conditions especially in the African market for maximum durability. It adopts advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure high-quality welds, long service life, and excellent tank appearance. Every unit undergoes pressure testing and metal inspection after production to guarantee superior sealing performance. The tank is equipped with 10 safety airbags, providing enhanced safety compared to standard 6 or 8 airbag configurations. Powered by a world-renowned Weichai 4102 diesel engine paired with a BOHAI air compressor, it delivers a discharge speed of 1.6 tons per minute for efficient operation. The trailer features a triple-axle setup with 12 tires, a heavy-duty mechanical suspension, JOST outriggers, and a WABCO braking system. With a 50-ton effective load capacity and a volume range of 40 to 48 cubic meters, it offers reliable, high-performance bulk cement transportation.
