Asphalt Transport Semi-trailer

This fuel tanker semi-trailer features a 45000L capacity tank made of Q235B carbon steel, with customizable compartments ranging from 1 to 7 to meet different loading needs. The main frame is constructed from high-strength low-alloy steel Q345B I-beam, enhancing torsion, shock and impact resistance to meet various load requirements. The trailer is equipped with 3-inch or 4-inch ball valves for discharge, paired with 4-inch rubber hoses (2 units of 6 meters each) for flexible unloading. Front or rear ladders are provided for easy access to the manholes. It is fitted with JOST two-speed landing gear with a driver-side crank, triple axles rated at 13/16 tons, and a choice of mechanical or air suspension. The braking system uses WABCO components, with optional ABS systems from Haldex or WABCO to enhance stability and safety. Tire configurations can also be customized with single or dual tires to suit different operational needs.
