Three Axle Side Curtain Semi-trailer

This side curtain semi-trailer has a rated load capacity of 30 tons with overall dimensions of 14000(13900)mm × 2550(2450)mm × 4000(2740)mm. The longitudinal beam is constructed from low-temperature resistant Q355NE steel with a height of 400mm, 10mm/140mm upper flange, 12mm/140mm lower flange, and 6# web plate for robust structural performance. The trailer features 100# channel steel bending parts, upper side rails with square tubes and iron sliding rails, 140 channel steel (3.0#) lower rails, and front/rear bending part uprights. The floor uses 28mm thick bamboo plywood sealed with caulking compound, with an extended 60mm floor at the rear. It includes a 1.2m × 0.6m × 0.5m aluminum toolbox mounted behind the axle, one movable spare tire rack, two 50L steel air reservoirs, WABCO ABS with warning lights, pull-out warning lights at the rear, and standard steel protective nets, finished in silver-gray paint.

For the running gear, it is equipped with a JOST 50# live kingpin, Guangdong Fuhua 28T external linked outriggers with round feet, imported WABCO synchronous valves, 6 airbags for full vehicle lifting and front axle lift function, 1840 tri-axle 13T disc brakes with nut sleeves, Triangle 385/65R22.5 tires (6 sets), factory-fitted 11.75 steel rims (6 units), air suspension, 6 dual brake chambers, anti-freezing power supply, movable rear bumper, and plastic mudguards.
