Full Trailer

This cage semi-trailer (Model FWS40CCY) is designed for heavy-duty cargo transport with an overall dimension of 9000×3000×2800mm and internal dimensions of 8800×2900×800+900(12)+600-800mm. It has a tare weight of 8000kg ±5% and a payload capacity of 40 tons. The main beam is constructed using submerged arc welding with 14/16mm high-strength Q355 steel flange and web plates, while the body features a 3mm floor, 2mm side walls, and 3mm patterned floor plates for enhanced durability.

The trailer is equipped with 12 units of 315/80R22.5 reinforced tires mounted on 9.0 rims, paired with three 13-ton axles with a 230mm track width. The suspension uses a 3-axle mechanical suspension with 12 leaf springs. The braking system is a dual air brake system with full dual chambers and WABCO components. The electrical system includes 24V LED lights, and the finish is a primer plus top coat polyurethane paint. Standard accessories include 2 spare tire carriers, 1 toolbox, and other custom features, making it suitable for a wide range of logistics and freight applications.
