Three Axle Warehouse Semi-trailer

This 3-axle cage semi-trailer is built for heavy-duty cargo transport with an overall dimension of 12500 × 2500 × 2800mm and internal dimensions of 12400 × 2400 × 500+400mm. It has a tare weight of 8800kg ±5% and a payload capacity of 50,000kg. The main beam is constructed with submerged arc welding using Q355B high-strength reinforced steel with 14/16mm flange and web plates. The body features a 3mm floor and 2mm side walls for structural rigidity.

The trailer is equipped with 12 units of 12R22.5 reinforced tires paired with 12pcs of 9.0 rims, mounted on three 13-ton axles. It uses a 2-axle suspension with 8 leaf springs, a 28T linkage landing gear, and a 50# assembled kingpin. The braking system is a dual air brake system with full dual chambers, while the electrical system includes 24V LED lamps. The trailer is finished with primer plus top coat polyurethane paint, and comes standard with 2 spare tire carriers, 1 toolbox, and a lock set. The fifth wheel height can be adjusted according to tractor specifications, making it adaptable to different hauling needs.
