This heavy-duty tipper semi-trailer has overall dimensions of 9000mm × 2500mm × 3950mm with a 35 cubic meter capacity, designed for demanding bulk material transport. It is equipped with a triple-axle setup, heavy-duty mechanical suspension, a 196 hydraulic cylinder system, 12 tires, a 90# traction pin, JOST landing gear, a WABCO braking system, and a 24V electrical system with LED lights for reliable performance.

Structurally, the trailer features a reinforced double-plate main beam for exceptional load-bearing strength and long service life. The heavy-duty large-diameter hydraulic cylinder provides strong lifting power, a higher lifting height, and stable operation to minimize the risk of tipping. Four auxiliary beams and cross balance beams reinforce the frame, while the grid structure on the side doors enhances rigidity and durability. Four flip brackets ensure even load distribution during unloading, reducing stress and wear on the trailer. The widened and thickened leaf springs deliver excellent shock absorption, and the unique structural design effectively increases the payload capacity for heavy-duty applications.
